SHIPPING POLICY


All orders are shipped within 3 working days. You will be notified by e-mail at the time your order is shipped.

SHIPPING TO AUSTRALIA


All Australian orders (fascinators) are shipped via Registered Post at a flat rate of $15. (Garments are an extra $7.50). Registered post generally takes a 3-5 working days, longer for rural areas. An Express Post option is available at a cost of an additional $5.

All orders will be Register Posted, unless advised at checkout.

All orders are generally shipped within 3 working days. Actual delivery time depends on your geographical location and the postage method selected. From our experience, deliveries within Australia take couple of days for major cities and up to 10 days to remote rural locations in WA, NT and QLD. Deliveries to NZ and Singapore generally take up to a week, deliveries to other parts of the world take up to 2 weeks. Please note that actual delivery time may be slightly longer during peak seasons, such as Christmas, due to the increased load on postal services.

SHIPPING OUTSIDE AUSTRALIA


We use Australia Post Air Mail service for all deliveries outside Australia at a flat rate of $25 (AUD).

RETURN POLICY


To return an Item:

Please e-mail us with the reason for return. We will treat each return request individually. Every caution is taken when packaging to minimize damage in transit, but if damaged on arrival we will endeavour to replace the item or refund all costs, including shipping upon the return of the item. The item must be returned prior to the issue of the refund.

Please Note: We will not replace any item unless faulty or damaged item's have been received!

ORDER CANCELLATIONS


Refunds/returns will be not be accepted due to change of mind. You can cancel your order within 24 hours of its placement.

A 10% cancellation fee applies.

Shipped orders can not be cancelled.

ACCEPTABLE PAYMENT METHODS



Designer Fascinators uses PayPal for our payment services.

You DO NOT need to have a PayPal account to us to process your payments. Just follow the steps and there will be an OPTION to use your Paypal account/credit card etc.

PayPal adheres to international PCI (payment card industry) compliance standards for data security.

What is PCI compliance?
Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS) are network security and business practice guidelines adopted by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover Card, and JCB to establish a “minimum security standard” to protect customer’s payment card information. It’s a requirement for all merchants that store, transmit, or process payment card information.

If you can not pay by one of the supported methods, please contact us and we can organise an alternate method of payment.
