What countries do you ship to?
We ship worldwide.
How long does it take for my order to arrive?
All hats are in stock, therefore will be mailed upon payment. If a fascinator is needed urgently -- place the order
right away and tell us the required date in the order comment. If we can not deliver by requested day, we WILL
NOT process the order until we notify you.
What currency do I pay in?
Being an Australian company, we charge in Australian dollars (AUD).
What are the shipping costs?
We use Australian Post for all shipments. We ship all purchases via Registered Post or Express Post. All deliveries to Australia are
charged a flat rate of $15 (incl. GST) for Registered Post and $20 (incl. GST) for Express Post. For larger orders this may be
recalculated, depending on the size and weight of the packages. All orders outside Australia are shipped with Australia Post Air Mail service. Actual at a flat rate 0f $25.
Are there any "hidden costs"?
No. All prices include all appropriate Australian taxes. However, for orders outside of Australia, local custom duties may be
applicable, for which we can not be responsible.
